Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out what you may host on 5wire. It protects the platform and other customers.

Not allowed

• Malware, phishing, or content that attacks other systems.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes others rights.
• Spam, or activity that harms the reputation of our network.
• Anything that puts the security or stability of the platform at risk.

Security scanning

Every deploy is scanned for security with ClamAV. The scan fails closed, so if a threat is found the deploy is stopped and nothing risky reaches your live site. First deploys may also be held briefly for a phishing and URL check.

Enforcement

Where content breaks this policy we may remove it or suspend the account. We will always try to contact you first where it is safe to do so.
