This policy explains how 5wire Networks Ltd (5wire) collects and uses your personal data when you use 5wire.io and AI Deploy. We process data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Account details you provide when you sign up, such as your name and email.
- Authentication data when you connect AI Deploy, handled through secure OAuth.
- Billing information, processed by our billing provider. We do not store card details.
- Usage and diagnostic data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data to provide hosting and AI Deploy, to take payment, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
The AI Deploy gateway
When you use AI Deploy, requests pass through the 5wire MCP gateway to carry out actions on your hosting account. We log these actions to run the service and to support you.
